Executive Business Partner

Serving as a meticulous partner to the President, the full-time remote Executive Business Partner will manage strategic initiatives, lead special projects, and ensure thorough meeting preparation and follow-through while exercising sound judgment on sensitive matters. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic thought partner to the President, leading special projects and conducting thorough research to inform decision-making Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, track action items, and maintain organized communication between the President and other stakeholders Exercise discretion on sensitive matters, maintaining accurate records and anticipating needs proactively Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as an Executive Business Partner, Chief of Staff, or senior Executive Assistant supporting a C-suite executive Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic thought partner with strong analytical and organizational skills High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence in handling sensitive matters Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining rigorous standards Experience supporting a President or CEO is strongly preferred
