Department: Kellogg Executive Education Salary/Grade: EXS/7 Target hiring range for this position will be between $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Kellogg Executive Education offers a wide range of programs which include in‑person Custom and Open Enrollment Programs as well as asynchronous Online Programs. Our portfolio of publicly available Open Enrollment Programs serves a broader population of executives, delivering high‑impact concentrated learning experience for senior executives through programs on leadership, finance, marketing, AI and other topics. Reporting to the Associate Director, Online Program Delivery, the Program Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of all aspects of the online and blended Executive Education programs. The Program Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of online and blended open enrollment, custom and partner programs and acts as the Executive Education point of contact for participants, clients, facilitators and faculty. Specific Responsibilities Act as the main Executive Education point of contact to executives, clients, partners, and faculty for online and blended programs. Manage a diverse portfolio of online and blended programs ensuring a high-quality participant experience. Develop and manage all communication with participants and clients including program logistics, payment processes, prep work, and post program communication. Partner with Academic Director and faculty to manage the delivery of outstanding Executive Education to clients. Create program schedule and oversee the program admissions process. Manage the collection of academic materials utilized in each program from faculty and program facilitators on their teaching plans and materials (e.g. cases, books, articles and simulations). Prepare materials for distribution among participants and relevant stakeholders Create and customize the course site. Manage the process of securing copyright permissions, as needed. Moderate live sessions including scheduling live virtual sessions when needed, communicating and reminding participants of guidelines and responsibilities, moderating the Zoom session with faculty and facilitating breakout rooms, assisting with technical issues during session, and coordinating post-session distribution of materials. Oversee the group enrollment process for clients, including maintaining accurate participant records, uploading and managing enrollment data across multiple systems, validating data integrity, coordinating updates across all applicable platforms, and ensuring timely resolution of enrollment changes. Track budget and expenditures associated with programs (utilizing Excel) and balance for each program. Maintain financial records, verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy. Create and nurture relationships with companies to develop a network of enthusiastic organizations engaged via active participation in the success of programs. Partner with the Marketing and Finance departments to monitor registrations, work in conjunction with executives to convert interested registrants to paid participants. Provide guidance on Scholars program and other learning opportunities at Kellogg, directing participants to appropriate areas such as EMBA, Part Time- and Full‑Time MBA departments for in‑depth follow‑up. Contribute to process and business improvement projects including representing Executive Education on key projects and committees throughout the school. Continually work to refine our CRM system in conjunction with KIS (tech support) and Marketing Communications. Train and integrate new team members to foster a strong, cohesive team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired. 5 -10 years related experience. Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple events, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong customer service orientation. Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.) Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail and flexibility. Ability to take ownership of process and develop new initiatives. Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimum supervision. Excellent knowledge of business functions (marketing, finance, accounting, operations). Ability to professionally interact with faculty, clients, and executives at all levels internally and externally. Must be flexible and able to manage stressful situations with a proven record of effectively dealing with conflicts and ability to prevent or reduce them. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to provide indirect supervision to others; ability to work productively with minimal supervision. Ability to display attention to detail; support organization policies; anticipate client needs and respond accordingly. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant discipline. 3-4 years' experience in event planning, conference coordination, management of educational programs or relevant experience in a high‑profile role working with senior level clients. Experience in online learning (asynchronous, paced, and blended). Preferred Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities) Skilled in working within a culturally diverse environment. Experience in productivity tools (e.g., Google Drive, SmartSheet, etc.) is preferred. Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Intrepid, Blackboard, etc.) is preferred.
