Assisted Living Coordinator

Role: Assisted Living Coordinator, responsible for leading daily care operations and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services in a senior living environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, and develop caregiving team members Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily timekeeping Oversee assisted living operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning, and monitoring resident conditions Communicate resident updates to families and collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance experiences Manage team performance, engagement, coaching, and evaluations Support departmental budget and operational efficiency Qualifications & Skills: At least 1+ year in assisted living, healthcare, or long-term care Supervisory or leadership experience of 1+ year Strong staffing, scheduling, and team management skills Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
