Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor repackaging machinery to ensure consistent, high-quality output
• Set up, adjust, and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment
• Inspect packaged products for quality control and compliance with specifications
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any equipment issues or defects
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating industrial or packaging machinery preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment adjustments
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs as needed
• High school diploma or GED preferred
