Strategic Controller & Finance Leader

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Controller in Parsippany, NJ to lead the accounting function and partner with leadership on financial strategy. You will manage month-end and year-end closes, and deliver clear financials to the CFO and owners. Responsibilities include leading a lean accounting team, overseeing AP/AR/payroll, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow projections.
