Instructor/Training Coordinator

24 months contract

Johnston, IA Onsite

Required Skills & Experiences

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
1–3 years administrative or accounting support experience
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and handle quick turnarounds

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Learning Management Systems or relationship databases
Background in adult education or professional development

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manage inquiries received through centralized tools
Complete training and enrollment requests in the LMS (creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrollment)
Create and update communications materials (PowerPoint, video, bulletins, etc.)
Support development of marketing/promotional materials for training programs
