About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 60-day assignment in New Mexico. This role involves comprehensive management of both low and high-risk pregnancies, performing a variety of deliveries, and conducting essential gynecological procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Low risk pregnancy management
• High risk pregnancy management
• FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
• Performance and interpretation of OB Ultrasounds, including Level I/Screening (viability) and Level II/Targeted (anatomic)
• Amniocentesis
• Routine vaginal deliveries
• Low forceps deliveries
• Decision-making for c-section procedures
• Complicated deliveries, including c-section, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
• VBACs
• Repair of 3rd and 4th-degree lacerations

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
• Experience with Athenahealth and Medhost EMR systems.
