Site Medical Director – Emergency Medicine
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to serve as Site Medical Director for a busy Level III Trauma Center and help lead the department through an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Compensation & Benefits
- $375K–$475K+ total compensation
- $290K annual Medical Director stipend
- $225/hr days | $240/hr nights
- $60K start bonus with 2-year commitment
- 401(k), deferral plan, holiday pay, $3K BERA, Tier Plan eligibility
- Flexible 48–72 clinical hours/month , allowing focus on leadership, strategy, quality, and clinical excellence
