Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are pursuing licensure or are enrolled in Master’s degree programs.

• Delivering individualized psychotherapy services to clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges.
\n
• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date documentation and client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and connecting clients with community resources to facilitate holistic care.

• Staying informed on the latest research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic modalities to continually enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist supervisor will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this supervisor role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• A valid and active state license (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure protection while conducting client services.

• At least two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
