Key Responsibilities\n

• Guide and provide weekly supervision to practicum students and newly licensed therapists, offering support as they develop their clinical skills and pursue licensure.

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services to a mixture of clients—adults, couples, and families—tailoring your approach based on each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance the therapeutic experience and ensure comprehensive client care.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic objectives and support their growth and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, facilitating quality assurance and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

Compensation and Benefits\n
