Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students aiming for clinical licensure or currently enrolled in their Master’s programs, offering guidance, support, and feedback on their therapeutic skills.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions focused on achieving positive mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with clients that are aimed at fostering growth, healing, and improvement in mental health.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and records to comply with regulatory standards and to track client progress over time.

• Stay abreast of current research, emerging trends, and best practices in mental health therapy to continuously refine your skills and apply effective strategies in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals confronting various mental health challenges, couples seeking to improve their relationship dynamics, and families needing support with communication or conflict resolution. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing their mental well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license, including LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).

• Professional liability insurance to safeguard your practice and your clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical role, demonstrating your dedication to the field and your capability to deliver effective therapeutic support.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in providing supervision or training for less experienced therapists can set you apart as an ideal candidate.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to mental health.
