Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision for practicum students aiming for clinical licensure, offering guidance and feedback on their therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services to clients, encompassing individuals, couples, and families, ensuring tailored therapeutic interventions based on their unique needs.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive care plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Contribute actively to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans, employing best practices and innovative strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, documenting therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in similar outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
