Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Document sessions and client progress accurately and clearly in accordance with ethical and legal regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest trends in mental health treatment.

• Manage and maintain a caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves providing therapeutic support to adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. You will empower clients by fostering a safe and supportive environment where they can share their thoughts and feelings, encouraging open dialogue that leads to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure as a mental health professional (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is essential.

• A minimum of two years' experience providing clinical psychotherapy services, ideally to adult clients.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an enticing sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
