Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, guiding them through their clinical experiences and helping to build their skills necessary for licensure.

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, tailor-making treatment approaches that adapt to specific needs.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure cohesive care plans and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and up-to-date therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work with a varied clientele including children, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. The ideal professional will be skilled in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties within an outpatient, community health clinic setting.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state license, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Professional liability insurance.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure therapeutic experience.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience supervising practicum students is preferred, further enhancing your capability to mentor and support the next generation of mental health professionals. Familiarity with both individual and group therapy modalities will also be beneficial as you engage with our diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Amber's Best is proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, paired with a comprehensive benefits package.
