Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy to support patients' mental health needs, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in alignment with agency and licensing standards.

• Participate actively in unit programming to enhance therapeutic offerings and contribute to training and development initiatives within the organization.

• Engage in timely communication with clinical teams and attend regular meetings aimed at facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration for patient recovery and discharge planning.

• Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans in collaboration with treatment teams, providing insightful consultation based on clinical expertise.

• Undertake additional duties related to the position, typically comprising 5% to 10% of your responsibilities, to support the organization's holistic treatment initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Strong expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients, fostering trust and openness in therapeutic relationships.
