Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct individual and group therapy to patients through Telehealth sessions, ensuring a nurturing and safe therapeutic environment.

• Complete thorough documentation for each patient interaction, adhering to agency protocols and state licensing regulations, ensuring timely submission.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance patient care strategies and treatment plans.

• Develop and implement programming that promotes mental health and recovery within the outpatient setting, aligning with best practices and innovative methodologies.

• Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary team members and attend relevant conferences and training sessions to enhance collaborative care.

• Take on additional duties as assigned, accounting for approximately 5% to 10% of your responsibilities, ensuring flexibility and support within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse client population requiring support for mood disorders, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will empower patients to navigate their emotional and psychological issues, enabling them to achieve meaningful recovery and improved life quality. You will use evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide tailored care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating your ability to support patients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
