• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to address a range of mental health concerns across individual, group, and family settings.

• Participate in collaborative discussions with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and coordinated treatment strategies for all clients.

• Provide effective crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, drawing on your clinical expertise and empathy to guide them through challenging moments.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness, promote resources, and decrease stigma associated with seeking help.

Our clientele consists of individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role will involve working with various individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders. By embracing diversity and demonstrating cultural competence, you will significantly contribute to improving the therapeutic experiences of all clients.

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold either a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients.
\n
• Showcase cultural competence and sensitivity in effectively supporting individuals from various backgrounds.
\n
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills that ensure thorough documentation and timely case management.

• A minimum of two years of supervised experience working as a mental health counselor in a community or clinical setting.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with community mental health resources.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation, enhancing efficiency and effective communication.
