Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing weekly supervision sessions to practicum students who are working towards their clinical licensure or completing their Master’s degree programs.

• Delivering evidence-based psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources, enhancing the support network for clients.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

You will work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. By utilizing a trauma-informed approach, you will help clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and growth while empowering them to develop practical coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field related to mental health.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, we prefer candidates who have additional experience in a supervisory capacity, especially leading teams or providing mentorship to less experienced practitioners. Compensation and Benefits\n
