Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master’s degree, fostering their clinical skills and professional development.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support clients in their unique healing journeys.

• Work collaboratively with allied health professionals and community resources to enhance the holistic care provided to clients.

• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring adherence to therapeutic best practices.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress comprehensively, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, with an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to our team.
