Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly supervision sessions to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are currently enrolled in their Master’s programs, fostering their professional growth.

• Facilitate psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment strategies and enhance client care.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that reflect current best practices and research findings.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 for part-time roles to USD 100,000 for full-time employment, reflecting a competitive compensation structure aimed at rewarding talent and dedication.
