Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or those currently enrolled in Master’s programs, ensuring they receive the necessary support and integration into clinical practice.

• Conduct psychotherapeutic assessments and deliver effective psychotherapy services to diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all areas of practice.

• Stay actively informed about the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and advancements in mental health care, and incorporate this knowledge into your practice.

You will work with a varied patient population that reflects the unique diversity of Albany, New York. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary of up to USD 100,000 annually for full-time therapists, with part-time roles starting at USD 52,000 yearly.
