Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work while providing critical care to our patients. The standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate client needs. You will be an integral part of a dedicated treatment team that comprises psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans by utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement effective therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adjusting strategies according to individual client needs.

• Maintain secure and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance care quality.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that promote recovery.

• Stay current with ongoing research and advancements in the mental health field to integrate best practices into clinical work.

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. You’ll contribute to their journeys through trauma recovery, coping with anxiety, and managing depression. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, capable of tailoring approaches to meet diverse client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
