This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your home while utilizing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform, Simple Practice. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ mental health status and history.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize Simple Practice to document sessions accurately and maintain client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development, contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a wide range of client demographics, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client will be crucial in driving positive therapeutic outcomes. We support all clients in a safe and respectful manner, ensuring they feel validated and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A valid professional license as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, while a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is preferred.

• Demonstrable skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to establish rapport and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
