Work Environment\n

This position allows for a fully remote work environment, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Our operations run during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet the unique circumstances of each client.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping by maintaining confidential clinical notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at continuous improvement of care.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with a better understanding of mental health conditions, treatment options, and community support systems.

• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field through ongoing professional development and research, integrating new findings into your clinical practice.

In this role, you will engage with a wide array of clients, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
