This remote position provides flexibility and aligns with our emphasis on work-life balance. Therapists enjoy a structured schedule with normal business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing ample time for personal commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate symptoms of mood disorders, including the severity and duration of symptoms, to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques based on ongoing client feedback.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, regularly reviewing and refining treatment plans to ensure alignment with clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of New York.
\n
• Solid expertise in evidence-based practices, with specific experience in CBT and DBT.

• A comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals to deliver holistic care.

• A proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients with mood disorders through effective therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the capacity to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree and appropriate licensure, candidates with clinical experience in outpatient settings focusing on mood disorder treatments will stand out. Preference will be given to those demonstrating success in case management and therapeutic skill implementation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
