Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities to foster client growth.

• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals’ circumstances, closely monitoring progress and modifying plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while adhering to strict confidentiality standards, including HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Engage in ongoing education and support for clients and their families, providing vital information about mental health conditions, treatment resources, and community services available.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
