Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide insightful weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, helping to guide their growth and development.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that all treatment plans are tailored to meet their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of clients, spanning various age groups and backgrounds. The clients at Harold Psychiatric Center seek assistance in navigating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is essential for this role.

• Professional liability insurance is mandatory.

• Two years of experience in a clinical setting, where you have developed the ability to manage complex cases and supervise emerging professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of clinical experience is mandatory, candidates with a background in supervising students or interns will be given preference. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continued professional development are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and employment status (full-time or part-time). Additionally, our compensation structure includes generous earnings potential with unlimited financial growth opportunities.
