Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or enrolled in Master's programs, providing weekly guidance, mentorship, and evaluations to foster their professional skills.

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of clients.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, community resources, and external organizations to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention that aligns with their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and our organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices in mental health treatment, and new advancements in therapy modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing various demographics and presenting a multitude of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, the therapist will help clients navigate their challenges, empowering them to achieve positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Care Psychological Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with education and experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available for qualified candidates.
