Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, providing guidance on clinical skills, ethical considerations, and therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver a range of psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals and community organizations to develop comprehensive support systems for clients.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and current evidence-based interventions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records using our practice management software to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed of advancements in therapeutic methodologies and integrate them into your practice to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, ranging from youth to adults experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and personal development concerns. You will empower clients by facilitating their understanding of their experiences, fostering resilience, and guiding them towards achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to valuing professional expertise.
