Senior Tax Manager

We’re hiring multiple experienced Senior Tax Managers to lead client engagements, provide strategic tax guidance, and mentor staff across a diverse portfolio of closely held businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review federal and state business and individual tax returns
• Provide tax planning, projections, and strategic guidance to clients
• Manage a book of business and build strong client relationships
• Research tax issues and stay current on changing tax laws
• Mentor and oversee staff; support team development
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, EA, or JD required
• 8+ busy seasons in public accounting (individual + business returns)
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and planning
• Experience with Thomson Reuters suite preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
