Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll work on-site 2-3 days per week, providing expert PT services to a diverse school-aged population. Comprehensive safety care training will be provided to ensure comfort and confidence in addressing the specific needs of your caseload.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy license
• Previous experience in educational settings or pediatric PT (preferred)
• Ability to manage and treat severe/complex caseloads effectively
• Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
• Receptiveness to safety care protocols (training offered)
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and support students’ physical therapy needs in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted interventions aimed at fostering functional independence in the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain thorough records and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall student support strategy
• Engage in provided training to address student safety and complex needs
