Ready to make a meaningful impact?

At Brighton Jones, we’re a purpose-driven, client-focused team committed to helping individuals live richer lives. We lead the industry in aligning wealth, passion, and purpose to help our clients thrive. With over $30 billion in assets under advisement, 300+ teammates nationwide, and a dynamic, team-based approach, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for driven, curious individuals to join our #OneTeam.

Brighton Jones is seeking a Senior Trust & Estate Manager to support our Family Office team and Brighton Jones Trust Company. This individual reports to the Director of Estate Planning and plays a central role in coordinating estate planning and other legal services for ultra-high net worth clients and trust onboarding and administration services for Brighton Jones Trust Company.

This role requires deep technical and practical expertise in trust and estate laws, transfer tax planning for high-net worth individuals, trustee fiduciary compliance, and trust administration.  You will work closely with our Family Office wealth advisors, coordinating strategy, timing, and execution across clients’ legal, tax, and financial landscape.  In addition, as the primary point of contact for Brighton Jones Trust Company, you will be responsible for fiduciary support, coordinating initial trust onboarding, and ongoing trust administration.

Take our Values in Action Self-Assessment to see how our values align!

  • Partner closely with the Director of Estate Planning to oversee Brighton Jones Trust Company’s trustee and other fiduciary services
  • Support initial trust onboarding and account set up for new clients
  • Manage ongoing trust administration, including coordinating trust distributions, reporting to beneficiaries, and trust accountings
  • Workflow and project management, including tracking trust milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise strong judgment in handling sensitive client and family information
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with fiduciary and regulatory requirements

  • Experience within or closely supporting a trust company, corporate trustee, or similar environment strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting estate planning strategy and execution, ideally in a Family Office or ultra high net worth client environment
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and translate trust and estate documents into clear actions and operational requirements
  • Deep familiarity with trust structures, estate planning concepts, and fiduciary responsibilities
  • Experience supporting trust administration process
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and getting the details right
  • Prefer roles where you own outcomes, not just tasks
