Woodcreek Provider Services is seeking Medical Receptionists to support high-quality pediatric patient care at our Puyallup area clinic locations .

We're looking for dependable, patient-focused team members who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.

Wednesday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Thursday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Home clinic: Puyallup

Hire #2 (0.25 FTE, 10 hrs/week)
Friday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday | 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Home clinic: Puyallup

Compensation

Pay Range: $19.48 - $30.66 per hour*
Hiring Range: $19.48 - $25.07 per hour (typical starting range)

Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and internal equity. The hiring range reflects where most new hires are placed.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
• Greet patients, check them in, and manage front desk flow
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support overall clinic operations and team workflow

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with electronic systems and scheduling tools
• Previous medical front office experience preferred
