Compensation Breakdown Consistent Revenue: $1,265 – $1,500 average weekly pay. CPM Structure: Competitive mileage pay covering both loaded and empty miles . Hourly Protection: $20.00 per hour paid out for detention and unexpected breakdowns. Onboarding: Fully paid orientation program to get you rolling seamlessly.
