Facility Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a dedicated Facility Coordinator to join their team. As a Facility Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting client and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Facility Coordinator

Location: Toms River, NJ

Pay Range: $18-$20

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with occasional Saturday and mid-shift requirements

What's the Job?

• Handle scheduling maintenance requests efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain meticulous documentation within our database systems
• Manage daily work order requests from clients and follow up as needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, maintaining positive communication with all stakeholders

What's Needed?

• At least one year of relevant facilities or related experience
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with relevant software tools
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and resourceful with a proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and think critically when faced with challenges
