Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $17 - $18 / hour* What you'll be doing as a Logistics Administrative Assistant: Fulfill intercompany orders using UPS WorldShip Schedule, secure, and coordinate LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment details, and delivery updates Maintain accurate shipping records, order documentation, and related files Perform data entry and ensure information is entered accurately into company systems Available shifts: Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Highly adaptable with the ability to manage changing priorities and workloads Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented and task-focused with excellent organizational skills Experience working with spreadsheets, data entry, and data management Preferred experience using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis tools Background Check Required Ready to take control of the way you work?
