Senior Associate - SAP HR Technology Analyst

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

We are looking for a motivated Technology Analyst to join the HR Technology and Employee Experience portfolio. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and cross-functional technology teams to analyze business needs and support the delivery of technology solutions across HR platforms.

You will support solutions involving SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), reporting and analytics, Saas solutions, automation, and emerging capabilities such as SAP Joule and Generative AI. This role provides an opportunity to develop a strong understanding of HR technology, business processes, data, integrations, and enterprise technology delivery.

What You’ll Do:

· Partner with HR, business, product, and technology teams to understand business processes, requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes.

· Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

· Support the planning and execution of HR Technology roadmap initiatives, helping evaluate business needs, define capabilities, identify dependencies, and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.

· Support HR technology and Saas solutions across SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, CPI and other enterprise platforms.

· Analyze business processes, HR data, system interfaces, integrations, APIs, and data flows to identify requirements, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

· Assist with SaaS product evaluations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) by documenting use cases, requirements, integration considerations, security dependencies, and expected business outcomes.

· Work closely with developers and engineers to clarify requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs and architectural guidelines.

· Support reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven solutions that provide actionable HR and employee insights.

· Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, defect tracking, and validation of delivered solutions.

· Create and maintain process flows, requirements documentation, data mappings, test cases, release documentation, and support procedures.

· Support SAP Joule, Generative AI, automation, and other AI-enabled capabilities designed to improve HR processes and employee experiences.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be comfortable working across business and technical teams, analyzing processes and data, documenting requirements, and supporting solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will have a strong desire to learn new HR technologies and emerging capabilities while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· 1–4 years of professional experience in technology analysis, business systems analysis, HR technology, data analysis, software delivery, or a related field.

· Foundational understanding of business and systems analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, integrations, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

· Exposure to or interest in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and related HR technologies.

· Ability to gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

· Basic understanding of data flows, data validation, data quality, and system integration concepts.

· Experience or familiarity with testing methodologies, test cases, defect management, SIT, and UAT.

· Basic understanding of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP, SAP CPI, APIs, web services, or enterprise integration concepts.

· Understanding of HR and payroll processes and data.

· Familiarity with SQL and the ability to perform basic data analysis and validation.

· Understanding of REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.

· Exposure to SAP Joule, Generative AI, AI agents, or other emerging AI technologies.

· Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform, SAP Build, or similar technologies.

· Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, or similar delivery and collaboration tools.

· Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

· Familiarity with data privacy, security, controls, and governance, particularly within HR technology environments.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
