IT Support Specialist - Senior

Location Columbus, Ohio Responsibilities Provide direct process and technical support for members of Huntington executive leadership team. Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, mobile devices, printers, videoconferencing, business application software, and telecommunication issues. Perform technical tasks with minimal supervision and within limited time. Identify scenarios requiring outside support and act as liaison to ensure resolution prioritized appropriately and completed fully. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 3 years of experience in direct contact customer technical support Technical proficiency, strong communication skills, project and personal organizational skills Employment Details Workplace type: Office.
