About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to executive leadership. The CHRO will lead people and culture initiatives that are essential for organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce development. This executive role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession strategies, leadership development, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HR policies, compliance, and employee relations are in line with the company's objectives and will oversee the development of programs that enhance employee engagement and career growth. Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in talent, people, and culture functions, with a strong background in executive talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce development. Experience in healthcare or with senior leadership roles supporting healthcare clients is a key requirement. The role demands a professional with strong strategic, analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills, who can use data and metrics to inform decisions. A Master's degree in a related field and SPHR and/or SHRM certification are highly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have experience as an HR business partner or strategic talent advisor, be familiar with healthcare regulatory standards, and demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality, diversity and inclusion, continuous improvement, and professional excellence.
