Humana Inc. CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a PRN, zero-hour remote role serving Hampton, VA and nearby clinics. You will handle Medicare Wellness and acute visits via virtual visits, with team-based care reporting to the Tidewater Region Associate Medical Director.
