Business System Analyst
Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Business System Analyst Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Agile background Top three skills in order of importance and number of years of experience for each skill: Communication: 6 years of exp. Information analysis: 6 years of exp. Documentation: 6 years of exp. Top three technology tools this resource must have knowledge using: Jira Excel Pigment Analysis on Change requests, Impact to existing roadmap, work on creating new Features, analysis on previous CRs etc. Futran Tech Solutions Pvt.
