Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30‑45 minute commute). Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1–2 evenings per week extending to 6:30–7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly — this is what you can expect from your schedule.
