We are looking for smart go-getters who have the right attitude and aptitude. Should be from a good university. Freshers would also work if they fit the profile. Recruiter. Work Location: Reston, VA Position: Full-Time

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-1 Years of Exp in IT Staffing
• Should have strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels
• Must be strong in understanding technology
• Should have past experience in technical screening
• Should have excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Github, Stackoverflow, LinkedIn, etc.
• Must have a good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
• A good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools is a Plus

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or a MBA
