Covenant Consulting is seeking a seasoned Tax Practice Leader to join an established wealth management firm in the Kansas City area. You will stay hands-on with tax preparation and review while leading the tax team and driving growth.

The role offers real equity upside and ownership with an existing book (~200 returns/year, ~600 reviews/year). Onboarding starts in-office with a transition to a hybrid schedule and close collaboration with outgoing leadership.
