Technical Service Technician

Ecolab is looking for a technical service technician to join their Nalco Water team, a leader in the industry. In this position, you will execute service plans on strategic district accounts, provide customer assistance to resolve problems, and generate high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Installation and commissioning of water treatment equipment (measurement and control equipment, filtration, dosing, etc.)
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance services of the applications installed in our customers. This includes CIP cleanings of the membrane filtration units.
• Participate in the sale of spare parts.
• Collaborate with the engineering team in the different phases of the projects.
• Visit customers, in accordance with safety standards, to measure the results to the designed treatment program.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service to the company's equipment to ensure the care and operation of the equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections to monitor the conditions and quality of operation, issuing the corresponding reports
• Perform equipment installations at assigned clients
• Perform equipment commissioning at assigned clients
• Participate in team meetings to improve customer service.
• Document and communicate the services delivered to the customer, providing clarity and value.

Minimum requirements:

• Technical studies. FPII Electromechanics
• 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Computer skills
• Location: Remote position Serve customers in the Seville territory with a radius of approximately 150km.

Desired requirements:

• Knowledge/aptitude in electricity, mechanics, pumping systems and experience in handling related materials.
• 3 years of experience in the maintenance sector and valuable experience in positions with interaction with customers as part of an installation and service team.
• Experience in installation project management.
• Experience in water treatment equipment
