Compensation Package Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package details available upon request Responsibilities Provide administrative support for servicing condominium accounts, including claims, quoting, certificates, renewals, and working with preferred carriers and surplus lines Primarily handle renewal business, with some involvement in quoting new business Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and ensure seamless service delivery Maintain a high level of empathy and care in all customer interactions Utilize HawkSoft software for account management and documentation Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial insurance; experience with large property accounts or condominium accounts is a plus Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license strongly preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar insurance management software Soft Skills: Independent worker with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision Strong team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail Empathy and a customer-first mindset Work Environment: This is a fully onsite role in Beaverton, OR #J-18808-Ljbffr The Jonus Group
