We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sourcing Manager to join this impactful team and ensure the seamless continuity of critical vendor management and contracting services. In this vital role, you will step in to maintain essential vendor relationships and contracting services, directly influencing the operational efficiency and strategic partnerships of a mission-driven organization. You will be the linchpin connecting internal legal, risk, finance, and business partners with external vendors, ensuring all agreements and services align with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of their philanthropic programs, enabling them to maximize their charitable reach and empower more donors. What You’ll Do: Oversee and maintain comprehensive vendor management and contracting services. Serve as the primary liaison between internal legal, risk, finance, and business partners, and internal corporate vendor management teams. Ensure the efficient delivery of vendor management and contract services. Assist in the preparation of various business forms and agreements. Collaborate closely with the Legal Team, reporting to the Director, Legal Counsel, and working alongside Senior Managers. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team’s objectives. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, consulting, vendor management, risk management, and/or procurement. Demonstrated strong knowledge of complex corporate vendor management systems and processes. Proven strong negotiation skills. Solid understanding of contract law and risk requirements. Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for evaluating risks, costs, and benefits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all staff levels, including senior management. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business intelligence (BI) platforms. Aquent is an equal-opportunity employer.
