Talentry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team. This role involves managing various accounting tasks to ensure the company's financial health and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and business transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Daily Accounting Functions: Execute journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist with closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, and assist in the annual audit process.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits Compensation: Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 yearly. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.
