Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Position Overview

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and optimize production operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and ensuring consistency and quality in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities related to manufacturing processes

• Develop and execute trial plans for new materials

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and audit documentation
• Ensure process accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across production lines
• Qualify new materials and update specifications for product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• General knowledge of manufacturing processes, concepts, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently

• Preferred:

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with SolidWorks
• Understanding of industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, and ANSI
