Key functions include: Evaluate patients’ conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and history. Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals. Implement treatment plans using exercise, manual therapy, and modalities. Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely. Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self‑management techniques. Maintain a safe treatment environment with infection control and safety protocols. Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development. Collaborate in discharge planning for smooth transitions. Required Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Physical Therapy experience; new graduates welcome. Additional certifications or licenses may be required. Essential Skills Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication. Reading, writing, and speaking English; ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions. Proficiency with PC skills. Physical abilities: stationary position, moving equipment 50‑100 lbs, push/pull, bend. Interpersonal: work effectively with various personnel, positive attitude, professionalism. Technical: fine manipulation, assist with procedures and equipment.
